A team member or members will visit your home or site and go over the items that you are considering. We take pictures, measurements and your ideas to create a ‘working quote’. We then review the quote with the client adjusting and fine tuning as we go to resulting in a ‘final quote’.
Even though we have many years of experience until we ‘open up’ the floor, wall and or ceiling our estimate is for items seen and accounted for. Site conditions may and many times does dictate re-evaluation and we work closely with client to provide options and solutions. This usually is done on a ‘time and material’ bases and agreed to by both parties before commencement. |
